To get started, enter the departure and destination addresses in the "from" and "to" sections of the home page. Then choose the pick-up time. Choose your car in the next step. Once you have decided which mode of transport you prefer, enter your contact details and make your payment securely online through your trusted banking environment.

Follow the steps shown at:  How can I book a taxi?. In step 2 you will see different options with prices.

The correct timing to arrive at the airport depends on your destination and the flight you are taking. EindTaxiHoven advises passengers to be present at least two hours before the scheduled departure time. However, during busy holiday seasons at major airports, we recommend arriving three hours in advance. We recommend that you contact your airline for further guidance.

Absolute. Pick-up is possible from all airports in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, as long as the destination is Eindhoven or the surrounding area. The driver will always contact you where to find the taxi.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a tour directly. But of course you can make two different bookings.

Yes! Pets are welcome in our taxis as long as they are in their own transport cage. Please contact us via Whatsapp before booking on the website.

We have taxi vans available that can accommodate up to eight passengers. If you have a significant amount of luggage or bulky items, we recommend that you book a minibus for your convenience.

To cancel your ride you can easily contact us via Whatsapp.

Contact us no later than two hours before your booking time and receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 2 hours, no refund will be made.

Of course! We understand that plans can change. Please contact us via Whatsapp for this.

When you book with us, our driver will arrive at the location and time specified by you. The vehicle will be parked in the nearest available spot and our driver will ring the doorbell or contact you by phone to let you know they have arrived.

Don't worry if unforeseen circumstances arise and you're running late! we are required to wait a minimum of fifteen minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Please let us know if you are delayed.

You have the option to provide your flight number when you make your reservation. This way our drivers can track your flight and adjust their pick-up time accordingly. They will wait at least 60 minutes after your actual landing time before leaving the airport, but please contact us if your flight is delayed.

If your flight is delayed by two or more hours, please contact us to arrange a new pick-up time. If we can't get you a new ride, we'll cancel it and you'll receive a 100% refund. However, you will have to find alternative transport yourself.


Our website offers various payment options to our customers. You can choose to pay via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

We cannot offer the affordable rates if bookings and payments are not made online. By booking and paying online, rides are guaranteed for the driver and we don't lose time and petrol.

If you cancel your ride more than two hours before the scheduled time, we will refund you 100%. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within two working days after your cancellation.
