 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wij verloren onze autosleutel op vakantie in Griekenland. Onze wagen stond geparkeerd op de luchthaven van Eindhoven. Hierdoor moesten we genoodzaakt met een taxi naar huis voor het ophalen van een reservesleutel. De dag voor aankomst namen we contact op met Eindtaxihoven. Via whatsapp werden duidelijke afspraken gemaakt en een prijs vastgelegd. Deze prijs was absoluut correct voor een reis heen en terug naar Bergen op Zoom. Er werd door het taxibedrijf ook actief meegedacht hoe we de reservesleutel best konden (laten) halen. Bij aankomst was de chauffeur al op ons aan het wachten. Perfect op tijd na landen. Zelfs nadat we wat vertraging opliepen bij afhalen van onze bagage bleef hij attent en vriendelijk geduldig op ons wachten. Uiteindelijk reden we met hem comfortabel en zonder stress heen en terug. Dit taxibedrijf is absoluut correct en leeft afspraken na. Wij raden het dan ook erg aan. Top service!

How do I book a taxi?

In the booking section, enter your pick-up and destination address under "from" and "to", choose your pick-up time and select a vehicle. Then enter your contact details and choose whether to pay online or afterwards in the taxi.

How do I know what my ride costs?

Follow the steps in the booking section. In step 2 you see the different vehicles, each with a fixed fare. That is the price you pay, with no extra costs afterwards.

How can I pay?

You choose how to pay when you book: online straight away with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay, or afterwards in the taxi, in cash or by card.

Can I cancel or change my ride?

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message. If you cancel at least 2 hours before your pick-up time, you get a 100% refund, in your account within two working days. Cancellations within 2 hours cannot be refunded. You can also change your address or time via WhatsApp.

My flight is delayed. What now?

Enter your flight number when you book. Your driver tracks your flight and waits free of charge for at least 60 minutes after the actual landing time. In our experience, that is always plenty of time to get outside. Is your flight delayed by two hours or more? Then contact us to arrange a new pick-up time. If a new ride isn't possible, we cancel your booking with a 100% refund. In that case you will need to arrange other transport yourself.

Where will I find the taxi and how long will the driver wait?

The driver arrives at the agreed time at the address you provided and parks as close as possible. On arrival, the driver rings the bell or calls you. The driver waits at least 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Running late? Just let us know.

How do I book a return trip?

You book an outbound and a return trip as two separate rides.

Can I book a taxi van?

Yes. Our taxi vans seat up to 8 people. Travelling with a lot of luggage or large items? Then we recommend a van.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, as long as your pet travels in its own carrier. Please contact us via WhatsApp before booking.

I need a taxi within the hour. Is that possible?

For a ride departing within 60 minutes, please don't book online but send us a WhatsApp message. We'll let you know as soon as possible whether a taxi is available. Short-notice rides are always subject to availability.
