An early flight is often cheap, but it also means heading to the airport in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. That is exactly when you want to be sure your transport is arranged. With these tips you will arrive at Eindhoven Airport relaxed and on time.
Book your taxi online in advance
We drive day and night, so a flight at six in the morning is no problem. Do book your ride in advance via the booking form, ideally as soon as your flight is confirmed. That way you can be sure a taxi is ready for you. Need a taxi at short notice, within 60 minutes? Then don’t book online, but send us a WhatsApp message. We will let you know as soon as possible whether a taxi is available; availability is not guaranteed in that case.
Choose a generous pick-up time
- Check with your airline how early you need to be at the airport.
- Add the ride time. According to Eindhoven Airport, the ride from Eindhoven city centre takes about 15 to 20 minutes; from further away it takes longer.
- Allow a little extra time for luggage and unexpected crowds.

Your driver picks you up at home, at work or at your hotel and drops you off at the Kiss & Ride at Eindhoven Airport. It is a 1-minute walk from the terminal entrance. Your driver helps you with your suitcases.
What does a taxi cost at night or early in the morning?
You always pay a fixed fare that you see in advance. During the day, a standard taxi from Eindhoven Central Station to Eindhoven Airport costs €30. At night and early in the morning the fare may be higher. You see the fixed fare for your address and time straight away in the booking form, so you know before you book. Travelling with your family, a group or lots of suitcases? Then choose a minibus for up to 6 or 8 people, with more room for luggage. Plans changed? Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pick-up time, and you can change your pick-up time via WhatsApp.
